  • Rami ElDebs

    Global Lead, AI Strategy and Gen AI

    Rami is a Managing Director in Accenture based in Houston. He runs Accenture’s Global AI strategy practice as well as Accenture’s global Generative AI efforts for industries and functions. In his role, he leads Accenture’s thinking on the role of AI in business, its value potential across 30 industries and functions, its impact on talent and ways of working, and strategic execution pathways. He also has the privilege to partner with and advise our top CEO and CXO clients on their AI transformations. ​

    Rami has over 15 years of experience in technology and in strategic advisory, with a focus on Energy and National Security. He was previously a leader in Accenture’s Energy Strategy practice, leading the value chain optimization and Cloud First offerings. In his Energy roles, he has served most of the world’s largest IOCs, NOCs, and OFSE majors on their most strategic technology topics from applying data and AI for margin optimization, to portfolio optimization, digital strategy growth, and operating model design. He is a co-inventor of the Accenture Energy System Model, a patent-pending AI-driven approach for dynamically optimizing portfolios for the energy transition. ​

    Prior to that, he setup and ran Accenture’s national security practice in the Growth Markets, with a focus on the Middle East and Asia. ​

    Rami has always had a deep foot in technology, from the early days of his career at Google in Switzerland up to this day, always staying at the forefront of tech development and its impact on businesses, governments, and people’s lives.

  • Raul Camba

    Global Lead CCUS & Energy Transition

    Raul is a Managing Director with Accenture Strategy in our Houston Office. Raúl has developed his consulting career advising energy companies across the globe over the last 25 years. He currently leads our Energy Transition and Sustainability practice throughout the Southern region of the United States. His experience encompasses dozens of projects across a wide range of areas including diversification, operations, capital projects, portfolio management, technology and digitalization. Over the last decade Raul´s focus has been helping clients navigate the energy transition and adjust their business and operating models to adapt and profit on the path to net zero. He has advised Majors and NOCs in entering new businesses to diversify their portfolio including hydrogen, CCS, renewables and biofuels. This includes experience with decarbonization strategies and technologies. He has also helped companies in their digitalization and modernization strategies- adapting their operating model to capture incremental value. 

    Raul has published several articles focused on the oil and gas industry in the Petroleum Economist and Forbes. He has given keynote addresses and served as a panelist in multiple international conferences including the World Petroleum Congress and the World Economic Forum. He currently serves on the advisory board for FRAME- a OGCI led initiative to set carbon disclosure guidelines for green investments. 

    Before joining Accenture he has been a partner at McKinsey and Senior VP at SLB. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Oxford University and a B.Sc, in Chemistry from the Universidad Autónoma de México and from the University of California. He has authored 15 scientific articles, including two published in the journal Nature. He has engaged in multiple academic endeavors at Oxford University, University of Warwick.

  • Shreya Mehendale

    North America Midstream Lead & LNG SMA

    Shreya Mehendale currently leads the NA LNG Strategy portfolio.

    Shreya has 18 years of experience across the energy value chain. She is focused on delivering transformation projects partnering with clients globally to enhance their business strategies and transform their businesses to grow, innovate, and maintain sustainable operations. Shreya has experience in enterprise readiness, strategic planning, operating model design, M&A, and cost optimization.

    For LNG and Midstream, Shreya has led several enterprise readiness engagements to advise greenfield companies get ready for Day 1 operations and beyond.

    Prior to joining Accenture, Shreya worked at Schlumberger as an Electrical Engineer focusing on engineering, reliability and maintenance, and field operations.

    Shreya holds a B.E in Electronics Engineering from University of Mumbai and an M.S in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University.

  • Fernando Assing

    Midstream Cybersecurity Lead

    Fernando Assing is one of Accenture’s Cybersecurity Energy leaders, overseeing the Midstream Security portfolio. Fernando's specialty is helping organizations navigate the recent increase in regulations for Critical Infrastructure clients and helping organizations create resilient enterprises across IT and OT.

    Fernando brings a breadth of experience in the integration of IT, Cybersecurity, and Operations within the oil and gas industry. He has built, delivered and operated global Cybersecurity programs to secure critical infrastructure environments. Fernando aims to combine industry-specific insights with deep cybersecurity knowledge to mitigate cyber threats and drive the secure digital transformation of the Critical infrastructure sector.

  • Jacob Bradburn

    Global Lead, Resources Org Enablement

    Jacob is a Senior Manager in Accenture Strategy’s Talent & Organization (T&O) practice. Jacob is currently driving T&O’s focus on thought leadership and asset development as part of Global Resources Industry T&O leadership team. With over 12 years at Accenture, Jacob has partnered with clients across industries globally, but has spent the bulk of his time with Energy, Utilities, and Natural Resources clients focusing on their future of work. He helps them design and implement talent strategies and organizational solutions that address the impacts of technology and other complex changes on their ways of working and workforce needs. Jacob is enthusiastic about supporting organizations and their people to achieve their goals and business results.

    Prior to joining Accenture Jacob worked at a Technology company as part of their Human Resources team. Jacob holds a B.S. and M.S. in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University.
